Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a dedicated and skilled RN / LPN with a passion for delivering comprehensive nursing care. You excel at clinical decision-making, communicate effectively with residents and families, and work collaboratively with fellow caregivers to support residents in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as needed
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Foster a respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Ohio RN / LPN license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
